Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 29, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern cleaning and related services provided by Pristine Cleaning Gurus LLC ("PCG," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting, scheduling, booking, approving a quote, signing a service agreement, or otherwise authorizing PCG to perform services, the client ("Client," "you," or "your") agrees to the applicable provisions of these Terms, together with the scope, pricing, and other terms contained in the applicable quote, work order, proposal, or service agreement.

Where a separate written commercial service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the terms of the separately executed agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.

1. Estimates and Client-Provided Information

Estimates and quotes are based on the information available to PCG at the time they are prepared. This may include square footage, property type, occupancy, requested services, photographs, video walkthroughs, descriptions of the property's condition, and other information provided by the Client.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and reasonably complete information.

If the property's actual size, condition, level of buildup, occupancy, requested scope, or other material circumstances differ substantially from the information originally provided, PCG may revise the scope, price, or estimated service time before performing additional work.

PCG will not intentionally perform material additional work outside the approved scope and then charge the Client for it without authorization.

2. Scope of Services

PCG will perform the services identified in the Client's approved quote, booking, work order, proposal, or service agreement.

Only services specifically included in the agreed scope are included in the quoted price.

Requests made before or during an appointment that fall outside the agreed scope may require additional time and charges and are subject to PCG's availability and approval.

3. Standard, Deep, Move-In/Move-Out and Specialty Cleaning

Different cleaning services involve different levels of labor and scope.

A standard or recurring cleaning should not be interpreted as including all tasks normally associated with deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, excessive buildup, hoarding conditions, hazardous cleanup, or other specialty services.

Heavy buildup, excessive clutter, unusually neglected areas, interior appliances, interior cabinetry, specialty stain removal, or other labor-intensive tasks are included only when specifically identified in the Client's service scope.

PCG may recommend a different service level when the property's condition reasonably requires it.

4. Additional and Add-On Services

Additional services requested after a quote has been approved may result in additional charges.

Where practical, PCG will communicate the additional cost and obtain Client authorization before performing material out-of-scope work.

PCG is not obligated to perform services that were not scheduled or for which sufficient time, staffing, equipment, or supplies are unavailable.

5. Scheduling and Arrival

PCG makes reasonable efforts to arrive and perform services according to the scheduled appointment.

Because cleaning schedules may be affected by traffic, prior appointments, property conditions, emergencies, weather, staffing, or other circumstances, appointment times may include reasonable arrival windows unless an exact time has been expressly guaranteed in writing.

PCG will make reasonable efforts to communicate material scheduling changes.

6. Property Access

The Client is responsible for ensuring that PCG has safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.

This includes providing accurate keys, entry instructions, gate codes, lockbox information, alarm instructions, parking information, building authorization, or other access information reasonably necessary to perform the service.

If PCG cannot access the property because of circumstances within the Client's control, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any alarm systems are appropriately managed for scheduled service. PCG is not responsible for charges caused by inaccurate or incomplete alarm instructions supplied by the Client, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

PCG reserves appointment time and labor specifically for scheduled Clients.

For residential services:

48 or more business hours' notice:
The Client may cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee.
Less than 48 business hours' notice:
PCG may charge 50% of the scheduled service price.
Same-day cancellation, no-show, or failure to provide access:
PCG may charge 100% of the scheduled service price.

PCG may, at its discretion, waive or reduce a cancellation fee due to an emergency, extraordinary circumstance, or other situation PCG considers appropriate.

Commercial cancellation and termination provisions may instead be governed by the Client's applicable service agreement.

Nothing in this section limits a cancellation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

8. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for residential services is due before service begins.

PCG may require a valid payment method, deposit, booking payment, or other payment arrangement before confirming or beginning certain services.

Commercial accounts may operate under different payment schedules, including invoice-based payment terms, as specified in the applicable proposal, service agreement, or invoice.

Clients are responsible for charges associated with services they have authorized.

PCG may decline to schedule or perform additional services when an account has an outstanding past-due balance, subject to any applicable contractual or legal requirements.

9. Recurring Services

Recurring service pricing may be based in part on the frequency, condition, size, occupancy, and anticipated maintenance level of the property.

If the Client changes the frequency of service, repeatedly skips appointments, materially changes the property or scope, or the property's condition changes substantially, PCG may reevaluate the service schedule and pricing.

PCG will communicate material pricing or scope changes before applying them to future services.

Any automatic-renewal arrangement will be administered subject to applicable law.

10. Satisfaction and Service Concerns

PCG takes service quality seriously and wants a reasonable opportunity to address legitimate concerns.

Clients should inspect the completed service as soon as reasonably possible and report cleaning-quality concerns within 24 hours of service completion.

The Client should provide photographs or other reasonable documentation when practical so PCG can understand and evaluate the concern.

If PCG determines that an area included within the agreed scope was reasonably missed or inadequately completed, PCG may offer an appropriate corrective cleaning.

PCG must be provided a reasonable opportunity to inspect or correct a substantiated service issue before another remedy is considered.

11. Refunds

A service complaint does not automatically entitle a Client to a full or partial refund.

PCG will evaluate concerns based on the agreed scope, circumstances, available documentation, and whether PCG was given a reasonable opportunity to correct a substantiated service issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, reimbursement, or other remedy that a Client is legally entitled to receive.

12. Pre-Existing Damage, Fragile Items and Valuables

Clients are responsible for informing PCG of known fragile, unstable, damaged, improperly installed, unusually valuable, or delicate items or surfaces before service begins.

Clients should secure cash, jewelry, medications, firearms, important documents, collectibles, irreplaceable property, and other valuables before service.

PCG is not responsible for deterioration, wear and tear, or damage that existed before service began or that results from an item's pre-existing instability, deterioration, improper installation, or defective condition, except where responsibility is otherwise imposed by applicable law.

If PCG becomes aware of accidental damage potentially caused during service, PCG will document and address the matter in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

13. Client Responsibilities

Before service, Clients should provide reasonable access to the areas scheduled for cleaning and remove unnecessary obstacles that could prevent the agreed service from being performed efficiently or safely.

Excessive clutter or inaccessible areas may limit PCG's ability to complete certain tasks.

PCG is not responsible for tasks that cannot reasonably or safely be performed because the Client has not provided necessary access or because property conditions materially interfere with the agreed service.

14. Pets, Children and Property Safety

Clients are responsible for safely securing pets when necessary and informing PCG of animals that may pose a safety or escape risk.

Clients are also responsible for maintaining reasonable supervision of children or other occupants where their presence could interfere with safe performance of the service.

PCG may decline, suspend, or discontinue work where conditions present a material health or safety risk to PCG personnel or others.

15. Hazardous or Unsafe Conditions

Unless specifically agreed as part of a specialized service, ordinary cleaning services do not include remediation or handling of hazardous materials or conditions.

PCG may decline or discontinue work involving conditions such as significant biohazards, uncontrolled bodily fluids, needles or sharps, hazardous chemicals, active pest or insect infestations, unsafe structural conditions, dangerous animals, exposed electrical hazards, or other circumstances that PCG reasonably determines cannot be handled safely within the agreed service.

Where appropriate, PCG may recommend that the Client obtain a qualified specialty provider.

16. Cleaning Products and Equipment

Unless otherwise agreed, PCG may provide the cleaning products and equipment necessary to perform scheduled services.

Clients should notify PCG in advance of known allergies, sensitivities, manufacturer-specific cleaning requirements, delicate surfaces, or requested product restrictions.

If a Client requests that PCG use a Client-supplied product or method, PCG may decline to use the product or method when PCG reasonably believes doing so could be unsafe or could damage the property.

17. Commercial Cleaning Services

Commercial and janitorial services may be subject to a separate proposal, scope of work, work order, or service agreement.

Commercial documents may establish requirements concerning service frequency and schedules; building-specific cleaning tasks; restricted areas; keys, alarm systems and access credentials; consumables and restocking; Client-supplied materials; insurance requirements; invoicing and payment schedules; service-performance procedures; scope modifications; and termination.

Material changes to a commercial scope or frequency should be documented and approved by the appropriate parties.

Additional work outside an agreed commercial scope may require additional charges.

18. Keys, Codes and Security Information

Where Clients provide keys, codes, alarm information, or other access credentials, PCG will use such information for legitimate service-related purposes.

Clients should promptly notify PCG when access credentials change.

PCG may establish additional key-control or building-access procedures for commercial accounts.

19. Photos, Videos and Service Documentation

Clients may voluntarily provide photographs or video walkthroughs to assist PCG in evaluating a property, preparing an estimate, determining service requirements, or documenting service concerns.

PCG may also create reasonable service documentation for internal quality, operational, damage-documentation, or dispute-resolution purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws and PCG's Privacy Policy.

PCG will not use identifiable Client-property images for advertising or promotional purposes without appropriate authorization where such authorization is required.

20. Communications

By providing contact information, Clients authorize PCG to communicate regarding estimates, appointments, service updates, invoices, account matters, and other transactional communications through reasonable methods such as telephone, email, or text messaging, subject to applicable law.

Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and available opt-out requirements.

21. Electronic Transactions

Clients may interact with PCG electronically, including through PCG's website and third-party business-management or payment platforms.

Where permitted by law, electronic approvals, acknowledgments, records, and signatures may be used in connection with transactions and service agreements.

22. Third-Party Platforms and Payment Providers

PCG may use third-party service providers to support scheduling, communications, payments, accounting, website functionality, and other business operations.

Use of those platforms may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.

PCG's collection and use of personal information is further described in its Privacy Policy.

23. Refusal or Discontinuation of Service

PCG reserves the right, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations, to refuse, suspend, or discontinue service because of unsafe working conditions, abusive or threatening conduct, repeated nonpayment, material misrepresentation concerning property conditions, repeated inability to access the property, or other material circumstances that make continued service unreasonable.

Any amounts legitimately owed for services already performed remain due.

24. Changes to Services or Pricing

PCG may update pricing, service offerings, policies, or recurring-service rates as business conditions change.

Existing Clients will receive reasonable notice of material changes affecting future scheduled services when required by the applicable agreement or law.

An updated price will not retroactively alter the agreed price of a service already completed.

25. Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by PCG's Privacy Policy, available at:

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's law must apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

28. Updates to These Terms

PCG may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.

The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current published version.

Material changes will apply prospectively as appropriate and subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.
