The Parts of a Warehouse We Keep Clean
Most warehouses have two sides. There is the floor where the work happens, and there are the spaces where your people take a break, wash up and do paperwork. The second side is where a cleaning crew makes the biggest difference to your team's day.
- Restrooms: full sanitize, toilets, sinks and mirrors, paper goods and soap restocked, floors mopped.
- Break rooms: counters, sink and appliance fronts wiped, tables and chairs reset, trash out, floors mopped.
- Offices and dispatch desks: surfaces wiped, trash and recycling out, dusting, floors vacuumed or mopped.
- Entries and common areas: glass doors wiped, light switches and door handles sanitized, floor care throughout.
For the open warehouse floor, tell us about it during the walkthrough. We will tell you plainly what we can take on and what needs different equipment.
Where We Stop
We are a cleaning company, not an industrial cleanup crew, and we would rather say so up front. We take on warehouse and light industrial spaces when the work fits what our team is equipped and insured to do.
We do not take on:
- Hazardous materials or chemical spills
- Cleaning machinery or production equipment
- Heavy industrial cleanup
If any of that is part of your building, we will say so at the walkthrough, and the plan we write will cover only the parts we can do well.
A Simple Warehouse Cleaning Checklist
Use this as a starting point for your own building. Your walkthrough plan will be built around your hours, your traffic and the areas that matter most to you.

How It Starts
- Free walkthrough. We see the building with you and ask what bothers your team most.
- A written plan. You get the scope, how often we come, and the pricing, written down.
- Cleaning around your hours. Evenings or early mornings, so we are never in the way of a shift.
See how this works for offices and other spaces on our commercial cleaning page, or read our janitorial services page if you need a regular schedule.
