Do you restock supplies, and how do you know how much to leave?
We restock to par levels you set — how many rolls of paper, coffee pods, soaps, and toiletries you want present after each turnover. You provide the consumables (or we can talk through a simple supply plan), we keep them stocked to your numbers, and we flag it in the report when something's running low so you can reorder before it runs out mid-stay.
How do you handle damage or something a guest took?
Every turnover ends with a quick report. If we spot damage, a stain beyond normal wear, or missing items — a towel set gone, a broken glass, a remote that walked off — we photograph it and send it the same day so you have what you need to file with Airbnb or VRBO before the next guest muddies the timeline.
