How a Build Gets Cleaned
The Three-Phase Construction Clean
Post-construction isn't one clean — it's up to three, timed to where the build is. Bring us in at any phase, or all three.
Rough Clean
After framing and drywall, before paint and trim. We clear debris and knock down the heaviest dust so the next trades can work clean.
Final Clean
Once the trades are out. Drywall dust off every surface and out of HVAC vents, paint and grout overspray scraped, window stickers and adhesive removed.
Detail / Touch-Up
Right before the final walkthrough. We re-wipe settled dust, polish glass and fixtures, and hit the punch-list spots so it shows turnkey.

What's the difference between a rough clean and a final clean?
A rough clean happens mid-build — after drywall, before paint and trim — to clear debris and heavy dust so the next trades work clean. The final clean comes after everyone's out: drywall dust off every surface and out of the vents, overspray scraped, stickers removed, and the home brought to move-in condition. Many St. Johns County builds get both, plus a detail touch-up before the walkthrough.

Yes. We're used to working alongside general contractors and cleaning to a punch list. Hand us the list, point out the priority rooms and the deadline, and we'll scope it honestly and knock it out so the home is ready for inspection and the final walkthrough.
Can you time the clean around our final walkthrough?
That's how we prefer to do it. Give us the walkthrough date and we'll schedule the final and detail cleans so settled dust is re-wiped and glass and fixtures are polished right before the buyer or owner sees it — not three days early when it can collect dust again.

We gather construction trash and debris and bag it for removal as part of the clean, and we can haul out normal job-site debris. For a roll-off dumpster or disposal of heavy or bulky construction material, that's typically the contractor's or owner's setup — tell us what's on site and we'll confirm exactly what we handle before we start.
